Conditions or Reasons:1) The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date on which this planning permission was granted.
Reason: To comply with Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The existing hedgerow along all four boundaries of the site shall be retained and reinforced where necessary to a minimum height of 2 metres and to a standard consistent with good arboricultural practice.
Reason: To ensure the maintenance of screening to the site and to protect the appearance and character of the area and having due regard to Policies D1 and L6 of the Havant Borough District Wide Local Plan 1996-2011.
3) The ménage hereby permitted shall only be used by horses permanently stabled at the premises and shall not be open to visiting members of the public.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the area and having due regard to Policy D1 of the Havant Borough Council District Wide Local Plan
4) The construction of the ménage shall take place within the waterfowl over-wintering period, 1 October to 31 March inclusive.
Reason: In the interests of the Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Regulations 1994.
5) No floodlighting whether freestanding or affixed to an existing structure, shall be provided on the site at any time.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the locality.
